The Opportunity  – 30hr week.

We are looking for a Training Administrator to join our Operations Team based at our Garstang Office. As a Training Administrator at Green Pass Training, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support for all aspects of training and development within Green Pass Training.

The Role

The role will involve:

  • Focal point to all customers starting the journey towards driver training.
  • Booking training/routine courses and responding to training enquiries
  • Issuing mandatory (e-learning) training requests/ notification for existing and new customers.
  • Using the in-house database to monitor upcoming course expiry dates and booking relevant courses where necessary. Completing internal paperwork and issuing joining instructions to course delegates whilst monitoring attendance and compliance.
  • Issuing Training Agreements where relevant.
  • Coordinating the payment of invoices and completing the monthly return for the training account.
  • Ensure validity and expiration dates of Licenses and assisting with the administration to course bookings, including identifying requirements for new starters.
  • Keeping all departmental Training matrix’s updated once training has started and completed.
  • Arranging training facilities as required e.g. training rooms, copy training material, book refreshments etc.
  • Provide support to the Operational effectiveness of all training needs/main key holder.
  • Maintain the upkeep of all social media platforms.
    The Person

Skills and Experience

  • GCSE’s Grade C or 5 and above. (Desirable not essential).
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and understanding of social/digital media marketing.
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards (Desirable not essential).
  •  Strong administration and accounting skills.
  •  Experience in using a HR/Administrative Database (Desirable not essential).
  •  Demonstrable experience within an administrative role.
  •  Driving Licence (HGV Desirable not essential).

The Package

  • Starting salary of £17,500 – £18,000 per annum dependant on experience.
